GENERAL PROVISIONS: This website is owned and operated by Pretty Soul LLC, a platform for the services and offerings of Jhéani, who will henceforth be referred to as "The Coach." You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. Use of this website is at your own risk. As a company we host our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety or your individual use of the website. The terms, conditions and privacy policy contained on this page is subject to change at any time. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using this website.

COMMITMENT: Coaching is a relationship of support, encouragement, and guidance between the Coach and their Client. The opportunity for positive and beneficial results for the coaching client dramatically increases when the client chooses to make the necessary changes in their habits, mindset and lifestyle to create long-lasting successful outcomes. Coaching is a structure that facilitates the process of personal, professional and/or spiritual development. The Client and Coach agree that the coaching relationship will be respected as such. Coaching is for individuals who are overall in good emotional and psychological health who simply want to make positive changes and improvements to move forward in their lives. Coaching is not advice, therapy, or counseling.

By entering this relationship, the Coach and Client acknowledge that the Client wants to make significant progress and change in her life with the support of the Coach in their sessions.

CLIENT INDEMNITY: By purchasing any of the coaching package options offered on this Site ("Pretty Soul", "Viral TikTok Account Review", "Prosperity Package" or the "Prosperity Energy Healing Transmutation Meditation"), I agree that I, the Client, is representing her/ himself as a competent, effective individual who is fully able to make his/her own personal and business decisions and choices, including decisions and choices The Client may make as a result of this coaching package and process. The Client represents her/ himself or company as being able to operate fully, freely, and responsibly for all of The Client’s personal and business decisions and actions. By consenting to this agreement, The Client agrees that any actions taken as a result of The Coach’s input, coaching, speaking, training or development are The Client’s actions and The Client’s actions alone. The Client alone is responsible completely and fully for the outcomes, results and any liabilities that arise from taking those actions. The Client waives all claims of any type whatsoever that The Client may have against The Coach arising out of or in connection with any claims or lawsuits against The Client or liabilities or damages of any sort incurred by The Client related to any actions The Client takes or decisions The Client makes as a result of The Coach’s input, coaching, speaking, training, or development.

MEDICAL STATEMENT: The Client understands that this work is considered Coaching not Counseling, Psychology or Psychiatry Services. The Client understands that the Coach is NOT a licensed therapist provider and that Pretty Soul LLC is a spiritual Coaching Business, not a medical, pharmaceutical, psychiatrist, therapist/psychologist, or counseling business. The Client understands that Pretty Soul LLC does NOT make any medical claims to be able to treat, prevent, or cure any illness or disease--whether physical, emotional, or mental. The Client understands and agrees to work with Pretty Soul LLC as a Coach-Client relationship, not a Therapist-Patient relationship, and therefore Pretty Soul LLC cannot be held responsible for the treatment of any and all of the Client's medical or health issues before, during, or after a session. The Client understands that the Coach and Pretty Soul LLC offer 2-3 hour sessions of DEEP inner alchemy work that are shamanic, intuitive, therapeutic in nature and use a combination of NLP, EMDR, Hypnosis, Internal Family Systems (aka "parts work"), Somatic Experiencing and inner child work based on the Coach's own *personal* healing journey and that the Coach has not been certified in any of these modalities. The Client understands that due to the nature of the Coach-Client relationship, the Client is 100% responsible for the results of their session and the Coach and Pretty Soul LLC are only responsible for facilitating the space for those results to occur through the Client's own healing of themselves with the Coach's support. Therefore Pretty Soul LLC is not responsible for any and all results from the Client's session. The Client understands and agrees to take complete responsibility for his or her physical, mental and emotional health results before, during, and after each session.

COACHING SESSION PROCEDURES: All coaching sessions will be conducted online or alternatively in person if both the Client and
the Coach agree to it and if the Client is local. The Coach and the Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is cancelled and the client will forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling a coaching session is easily done with appropriate notice. Please allow for at least 48 hour notice to make appointment changes. If the Coach is not made aware of schedule changes with more than 48 hours, the Client will forfeit the session fee. In between coaching sessions, the client may feel free to email the Coach.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
The coaching relationship is built on trust. The Coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client private and confidential. The Client agrees to keep all session recordings with the Coach private and for the Client's personal use alone. The Client agrees to honor and protect the Coach and Pretty Soul LLC’s intellectual property, never disclosing or communicating information about the Coach and Pretty Soul LLC’s materials, fee, or methods to any third parties. The Client also agrees to NOT give content provided in this program to any third parties. The Client understands that the content provided in the Prosperity Energy Healing Mediation is copyrighted material and any sharing of it (included screen recordings) is strictly prohibited. The Client agrees to take full responsibility for the results created and the actions and no-actions taken through this program. The Client agrees to respect The Coach's privacy and personal life boundaries by not adding or expecting personal interactions from the Coach on social media or asking for additional phone calls, texts, and emails beyond the sessions provided. Email support in between sessions is available when reasonable, however the Client agrees to book a new session or package should they need additional in-depth support from the Coach.

COACHING FEES: Pretty Soul LLC offers coaching packages for spiritual and practical healing, coaching, growth services that range from low to high ticket prices. The full amount is due before every session and there are no refunds, all sales are final. All current prices are subject to change or increase at any time, for any reason.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
The Client understands that since there are no refunds for in-depth coaching/healing services, if they choose not to use the session(s) they purchased, they can gift it to a friend or family member instead. In the event that the Client needs to reschedule their appointment, they may reschedule with a 48-hour notice. It is the client's responsibility to make sure that all rescheduled appointments are made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. The Client will only have 2 opportunities to reschedule an appointment before they will need to purchase a new package.

· Scheduled sessions with The Coach have a NO cancellation policy less than 48 hours before each scheduled appointment.
· Due to the nature of the digital products, the courses and digital products sold on this site have a NO refund policy.
· The reason why there is no "back door" is because the Coach agrees to only work with clients that are "all in" and READY to truly do the real work! Your commitment to doing this work and making this investment for and in YOURSELF solely, will determine your results.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE: Any and all images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, audio and video recordings, and service marks sold on this site are owned by and property of Pretty Soul LLC or the properly attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including asking for financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately. You may use our intellectual property with clear and obvious credit back to our site, as well links back to the page where the materials, designs, images, text, quote or post is located when it is appropriate to do so. However, you may never claim any of our intellectual property as your own or your unique creation, even with attribution.

DISCLAIMERS: Our website and related materials is provided for educational and informational use only. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our website and company for any direct or indirect loss or conduct incurred as a result of your use of our website and any related communications, including as a result of any consequences incurred from technological failures such as a payment processor error(s) or system failure(s). COURSE ACCESS: Access to the Prosperity Energy Healing Transmutation Meditation portal will be available to The Client until June 19, 2025. It is the responsibility of the Client to take advantage of access to the portal and complete the meditation as many times as desired before this date. The Client understands that the portal will become unavailable to them after June 19, 2025 and that the Coach is under no obligation to inform the Client of this change before it happens. If the Client loses access to the portal before they are able to complete the Prosperity Energy Healing Transmutation Meditation, they understand that there is NO refund for their purchase of the meditation. It is the Client's responsibility to utilize access to the portal and complete the meditation while it still available so they can ensure they receive what they paid for.

AFFILIATES: This site may use affiliate links to sell certain products or services. We disclaim any and all liability as a result of your purchase through one of these links. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you when and where we have placed affiliate links in addition to this disclaimer located in these Terms & Conditions. You accept express liability for any and all consequences or benefits of clicking the affiliate links contained on this website or related communications.

REFUND POLICY FOR PAID PROGRAMS, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, AND MERCHANDISE. The Client agrees to commit to pay for the digital courses and merchandise sold on this website in their full payment amount. All sales are final and there are no refunds, except for merchandise items that are damaged with sufficient proof and within the agreed upon return period. For digital courses sold on this Site, Pretty Soul LLC has, at any time, the right to terminate this contract based on the effort put forth by The Client. This contract is non-negotiable, non-refundable, and non-transferable to any other offer. The courses sold on this Site do not guarantee results or treatment for any mental, emotional, or physical ailments whatsoever.

TERMINATION: If at any time we feel you have violated these Terms and Conditions, then we shall immediately terminate your use of our website and any related communications as we deem appropriate. It is within our sole discretion to allow any user’s access of our website, and we may revoke this access at any time without notice. The Client agrees to:
~Take full responsibility for his/her choices, decisions, and results during and after each session.

~Notify the Coach about rescheduling an appointment 48 hours in advance.
~Go into each session knowing that there is NO refund and all sales are final.
~Respect the location where in-person appointments are held and to abide by all of their policies.

Clients/Participants agree that they are 100% responsible for all their actions and non-actions.
Clients/Participants agree that they are 100% responsible for all results and non-results.
